Chantel Gray

Chantel Gray has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of the People Development Learning Team at Truity Credit Union since November 2013. In this role, Chantel focuses on training and developing employees, facilitating New Hire Orientation, and co-facilitating the Profit & Cash® game, while also creating eLearning courses and conducting soft skills training. Previously, Chantel worked at Arvest Bank from July 2000 to November 2013 in various front-line positions, including Teller and Teller Mentor, where customer service and cash handling skills were developed. Chantel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and an Associate's Degree in Biology from Northeastern Junior College. Additionally, Chantel has pursued training through Coach Training World.
