Aman Baheti

Aman Baheti is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Global Talent Acquisition Lead at TruKKer since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading the entire non-tech recruitment vertical across domestic and international markets, specifically in India and the GCC-Middle East. Prior to this role, Aman was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at AWM Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from August 2020 to August 2021, leading a team of recruiters within the non-tech recruitment vertical. A talent acquisition specialist at Quantum Leap HR from August 2017 to August 2020, Aman managed end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborated daily with clients and stakeholders. Aman holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Karim City College Jamshedpur. Education also includes completion of 12th grade and 10th grade at Carmel Jr College and Dbms English School, respectively.
