Shawn Bauman

Shawn Bauman possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Planning at Air Transport Services Group, Inc. Previously, Shawn held senior managerial roles in talent acquisition at Wheels Up and NetJets, as well as a managerial position at Alaska Airlines. Additionally, Shawn has experience as a licensed high school basketball and football official with the Ohio High School Athletic Association. Educational background includes studies at Wright State University from 1999 to 2002 and graduation from Wayne High School in 1990.
