Noman Sohail has four years of work experience in various roles. In 2021, they were Manager Administration & HR at Trukkr, where they were responsible for leading the overall Administration & HR Business strategy of the company, recruitment and selection, HR & Admin budget, HR corporate procedures, policies and SOPs, implementation of internal policies, rewards and benefits, employee grievances, restructuring and organogram of the company, and managing day to day operations of Administration function. Noman Sohail completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology between 2009 and 2012. Noman then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Marketing at Preston University Karachi between 2015 and 2017.
