Gina Collins is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Trulieve. Gina was formerly the Chief Brand Officer at Magical Brands from January 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at Outback Steakhouse from January 2017 to December 2019.
At Outback Steakhouse, Collins was responsible for communicating and protecting the brand’s reputation and positioning. Gina oversaw the development and implementation of creative brand activation, awareness, and consideration strategies. Under their leadership, the company achieved YOY sales growth of 4% and 1% in traffic within a declining industry trend. Additionally, they grew YOY increase in online ordering / e-commerce sales from $13.6M to $32.8M.
