Justin Hilliard is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, having held significant positions across various companies since 2008. Currently serving as Executive Director of Finance at Trulieve since February 2020, Justin has previously worked at Vector Solutions as Business Support Manager, and held multiple roles such as Manager of FP&A at Walter Investment Management Corp. and Senior Financial Analyst positions at Jabil and Remington Arms Company. Justin's expertise includes developing automated budgeting and forecasting models, optimizing financial reporting processes, and leading teams to streamline operations, resulting in significant cost reductions and efficiency improvements. Justin holds an MBA in International Finance from The University of Memphis and a BBA in Finance & International Business from Christian Brothers University, complemented by international experience in finance and business management.
