Meredyth Norrman

Meredyth Norrman, PMP, currently serves as the Director of IT Strategy & Shared Services at Trulieve, where oversight of IT Project Management and Quality Assurance practices is a key responsibility. With a background in establishing and managing project management practices, Meredyth has held various roles at Trulieve, including Senior Manager of IT PMO and Senior Information Technology Project Manager, leading significant technological initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. In addition to experience in the IT field, Meredyth owned Meredyth Hope Photography, specializing in family and wedding photography, and held diverse roles in communications and advertising with the State of Florida Lottery and the Executive Office of the Governor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Leisure Services Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Event Management from Florida State University.
