Randall Hayes Jr

Randall Hayes Jr. has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and processing sectors. Currently serving as State Processing Manager at Trulieve since October 2021, Randall has held multiple positions including Laboratory Operations Manager and Manufacturing Supervisor. Prior to Trulieve, Randall was an Extraction Technician at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc. and held roles at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Machine Operator and Lean Specialist, driving efficiency improvements. Experience also includes positions as a Shipping Lead at Down Range Ammunition, a Substitute Teacher in the Putnam County School District, and an Assistant Coach with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. Randall's early career included service as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps before medical discharge. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Interlachen High School.
