Justin Black

Justin Black is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Vice President General Manager at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions since 2019, Justin oversees approximately 300 employees and maintains full P&L responsibility for the Southeast Region, leading all functions related to sales, operations, and distribution. Prior to this role, Justin held several leadership positions at Oldcastle, including Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities included directing 7 manufacturing and distribution locations across North America, and managing substantial capital budgets. Justin's career also features roles such as Director of Operations, Plant Manager, and Safety Director, demonstrating a strong focus on operational excellence, capacity expansion, and safety management. Justin began the professional journey at Lafarge, progressing through various safety management roles. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
