James Banks

As the senior advisor, Jim provides support and guidance to the technical and training team leaders in their endeavor to develop innovative service protocols and provide training for the worldwide franchises. Jim also provides support to the franchise owners, consulting and offering advice regarding service, sales, and management strategies.

Prior to taking an advisory position, Jim served as a franchise trainer and then Truly Nolen International Technical Director. Traveling to both new and established franchise operations throughout Central and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean, Jim gained insights instrumental in the support of the franchisee’s growth and success.

Jim started his career joining Truly Nolen of America in 1989 as a commercial sales representative and continued on to hold positions in Sales Management, Branch Management and as District Manager of Operations for Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado before joining Truly Nolen International in 2003.

With over 30 years of experience in the Pest Management Industry, Jim is proud of his stance that sustained growth and success is accomplished by providing each and every customer with quality service that exceeds expectations.
