Melisa Rossi

As the Systems Trainer for the IT Department, Melisa provides training and support of the management system and apps to the worldwide franchisees.

She also writes the manuals needed to assist the international offices. She speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and is currently learning Portuguese.

Prior to taking the IT Systems Trainer position, Melisa worked as a Technical Trainer Assistant within the Virtual Education Department. She was in charge of safety and basic training as well as training for the customer service representatives.

Melisa has a tremendous love for training and helping people to achieve their best. Her work ethic and dedication have brought her tremendous recognition from all the people around the world.
