Karuna Patel

Karuna Patel has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Karuna has held various roles at TruMark Financial Credit Union, including Vice President, IT Operations Director, AVP IT Operations Manager, AVP IT Applications And Support, IT Operations Manager, and IT Operations Administrator. In their role as IT Operations Administrator, Karuna was responsible for gathering and developing requirements for new projects, coordinating testing with various departments, troubleshooting system software and hardware issues, and maintaining the security of the core system and data center. Karuna also assisted with helpdesk related issues, installed and configured PCs, and performed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual jobs according to schedule. Karuna was also involved in training, access management, disaster recovery testing, and file server permissions. Additionally, Karuna has plans to become a business owner at Ke3psakez starting in 2023.

Karuna Patel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems from jobs in Business Administration, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science in Information Science (MSIS) with a specialization in Trusted Computing at Penn State Great Valley, completing their studies between 2006 and 2008.
