Kurt currently holds the position of Vice President - Sales, Service & Operations Manager at TruMark Financial Credit Union, where they oversee the activity and performance of the Member Service Center. In previous roles, Kurt has served as Vice President, Retail & Private Client at Malvern Bank, National Association, President & CEO at Kansas City Credit Union, and Vice President of Member Sales at Credit Union of the Rockies. Kurt has also held various managerial positions at Xceed Financial Federal Credit Union, Dade County Federal Credit Union, First Florida Credit Union, Encore Credit Corp, Soluna First, and Transamerica Financial Services. Kurt Kabula holds an MBA Executive degree in Finance, Marketing, and Accounting from Florida International University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Kurt also has a BA in International Studies from American University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their degrees, Kurt has obtained certifications in various leadership and service strategies from CUNA, including "Creating Member Loyalty - Leadership Strategies" in 2010 and "Creating Member Loyalty - Service Strategies" in 2009.
