Douglas W. Nazarenus

Douglas W. Nazarenus has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Douglas W. started their career at KB Home in 1993 as Customer Service/Assistant Superintendent. Douglas W. then moved on to Ryland Homes in 1996, where they served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing Construction, Customer Service, and Purchasing Departments. Douglas W. continued to gain experience in operations and management roles, working as a Purchasing Manager at Sun Lakes Construction from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Trumark Homes as a Senior Project Manager. Later, they joined TRI Pointe Homes in 2013 as Vice President of Operations, a position they held until 2020. Since 2020, they have been President of their own company, DWN Builders, Inc. Currently, they are Vice President of Operations at Trumark Homes.
