Pamela Salas Nieting, PE, LEED AP, QSD's work experience includes serving as the Director of Community Development at Trumark Homes since April 2020. Pamela Salas is also a Board Member at the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area since January 2023 and chairs the BIA Department of Real Estate (DRE) Committee since January 2022. Pamela is a Planning Commissioner for the City of Walnut Creek since March 2022. Previously, they worked as a Project Delivery Manager at Treasure Island Development Group from June 2019 to April 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, including Associate from January 2018 to May 2019, and Senior Project Manager from August 2011 to January 2018. Pamela also served on the Executive Council of Engineers Without Borders from 2012 to January 2017. Pamela Salas worked as a Project Engineer and Design Engineer at BKF Engineers from June 2005 to August 2011, and they were an Engineering Intern at Santa Clara Valley Water District from 2003 to 2005.

Pamela Salas Nieting completed their education from 2001 to 2005 at Santa Clara University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In 2009, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Department Of Consumer Affairs.
