Jay Sylvester

Jay Sylvester has extensive experience in service coordination and support for individuals with developmental disabilities, currently serving as a Service and Support Administrator at the Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities since September 2005. In this role, Jay facilitates team meetings to create personalized plans that ensure the health and safety of individuals in various settings. Previous professional experience includes working as a self-employed designer from August 1998 to June 2005 and as a graphic designer at DeAngelo Minton and Associates from June 1992 to August 1998. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from Youngstown State University and an Associate of Arts in Design and Visual Communications from The Art Institutes.
