Patty Sabates - Lcam

Patty Sabates has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Patty is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Trump International Beach Resort, Dezer Development, and Altitude Management Group. Prior to this, Patty held the position of Director of Human Resources at Altitude Management Group and Trump International Beach Resort. Patty has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University and Miami Dade College, teaching hospitality management courses. Patty has held various leadership roles in human resources at Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa, Le Meridien - Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Sheraton Yankee Clipper - Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Sheraton Yankee Clipper - Gill Hotels, and Omni Colonnade Hotel.

Patty Sabates - LCAM holds a Master's degree in Hotel and Food Service Management, which they earned from Florida International University between 1991 and 1998. Patty obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Florida International University - College of Business from 1986 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their Associates in Arts in Business Administration at Miami Dade College from 1984 to 1986. Patty Sabates also obtained a Licenced Community Association Manager (LCAM) certification from the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations in 2018.
