Henrikki Pantsar

Henrikki Pantsar is an experienced leader in the laser technology sector, currently serving as the Managing Director and Director of Applications and Services at TRUMPF North America since April 2017, overseeing a team of over 100 professionals and managing multiple application labs. Additionally, Henrikki serves on the boards of Access Laser and the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest, and is a member of the International Board of Directors for NAATBatt. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Valoe Oyj, where significant advancements in R&D were achieved, and Senior Engineer at Fraunhofer USA, contributing to pioneering projects in solar cell technologies. Henrikki holds a Doctor of Science in Technology and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from LUT University.
