Jorge Butler

Jorge Butler is an experienced professional in the field of electrical and electronic systems, with a robust background in both the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently a Trumpf Punch Field Service Engineer at TRUMPF North America since July 2012, Jorge specializes in the installation and demonstration of CNC Punch machines and automation at customer locations. Prior experience includes coordinating work schedules for electronics technicians as an Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Systems Craftsman from January 2004 to October 2010, and serving as an Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Systems Journeyman, where notable achievements included the repair of approximately 5000 electronic assemblies and training over 20 electricians. Jorge holds a B.S. in Industrial Management Technology with a specialization in Electronics from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Technology from Elgin Community College.
