Travis Stempky

Travis Stempky has extensive experience in the field of laser applications and welding engineering. Travis began their career at L&W Engineering as a Welding Engineer Intern, where they were responsible for maintaining and improving robotic welding cells. Travis then joined EWI as a Welding Engineer Intern, gaining further experience in this field. Travis later transitioned to TRUMPF North America, starting as a Laser Application Engineer before moving up to become a Laser Technology Specialist and then a High Power Laser Application Supervisor. Currently, Travis serves as the Head of Laser Applications at TRUMPF, where they manage a team of application engineers working in various areas of industrial laser material processing.

Travis Stempky pursued their education from 2010 to 2014 at Ferris State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Welding Engineering Technology/Technician.
