Dr. Simon Rapp

Dr. Simon Rapp is a PLM Architect at TRUMPF since April 2023, previously serving as the Head of the Research Department for Development Methodology & Management, ASE, and CAE/Optimization at IPEK - Institut für Produktentwicklung am KIT from October 2015 to April 2023. Dr. Rapp has a robust academic background with a Dr.-Ing. degree in Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), obtained in April 2021, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution completed in September 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering earned in March 2013.
