Victoria Anabel Kasper

Victoria Anabel Kasper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, project management, and hospitality. Currently serving as Head of Global Training Central Services at TRUMPF Werkzeugmaschinen SE + Co since July 2018, Victoria oversees commercial processes and manages a team of 23 employees. Previous roles include Project Leader for Smart Factory Training, where development and implementation of customer-oriented training courses were key responsibilities, and Project Manager for the Global Training Center, focusing on strategic initiatives and interdisciplinary collaboration. Prior to TRUMPF, Victoria held leadership positions in the hospitality sector, including Assistant General Manager at The Alex Hotel, where significant sales increases and recognition were achieved. Victoria holds a Master of Business Administration from ESB Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences, alongside a certification in training and education.
