Manohar R Goli has over 13 years of work experience in the Information Technology industry. Manohar R started their career in 2007 as a Techno-functional Consultant at Mahindra Satyam. In 2011, they moved to Horizon Technologies as a Manager- IT Resourcing. In 2012, they joined KloudData as a Manager IT Operations. In 2014, they worked at DNFcorp as Senior Manager - Projects & Services Delivery. In the same year, they also co-founded Trundl - Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, where they held roles as Co-Founder & CTO and Co-Founder & VP of Engineering. In 2015, they joined DNFCS Inc. - Atlassian Solution Partner as Vice President Of Engineering, Head of Atlassian Practice & Support Services, Senior Director - Atlassian Practice, and Director - Atlassian Practice.

Manohar R Goli has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Information Technology from Aurora's Engineering College and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, both obtained between 2003 and 2007. Manohar R also holds two certifications from Atlassian, obtained in February and May 2019: Atlassian Certified in Agile Development with Jira Software and Atlassian Certified in Jira Project Administration.
