Sajit Nair

Sajit Nair has a decade of experience in project management and engineering. Sajit started their career in 2010 as a Summer Intern at Network18 Media & Investments Limited. In 2011, they joined Sun Life Financial as a Project Management Analyst, where they drove projects and conducted CMMi reviews. In 2015, they moved to KPMG Global Services as a Team Leader - PM, where they worked on a large transformation program and built relationships with global stakeholders. In 2016, they joined Publicis.Sapient as a Consultant/Scrum Master, where they consulted teams on conventional and agile methods and increased the adoption of tools. In 2018, they joined Atlassian as a Community Leader - Delhi/Gurgaon, and in 2020 they moved to Trundl - Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner as Director - Engineering and Program Manager. In their current role, they lead technical teams in APAC region to deliver quality solutions to clients and is the first point of contact for all pre-sales conversations from Engineering perspective.

Sajit Nair obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from the School of Management between 2009 and 2011. Before that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from the Roorkee Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2009. Sajit also holds several certifications, including Agile at Scale - Technical Delivery Professional from Atlassian in 2022, Atlassian Authorized Instructor from Atlassian in 2021, SAFe Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021, SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2018, Prince2 Practitioner from APMG-International in 2015, and PMI-CAPM from Project Management Institute.
