Sharon V.

Sharon V. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2021. Sharon started their career as a Hulp at Kinderopvang het ezeltje in 2010, where they completed their internship for their SPW study. Sharon then moved on to work as a Verkoper at Brand Oil / amiGo from June 2013 to March 2017.

In 2016, Sharon briefly worked as an Interviewer/Verifier at I&O Research, where they conducted phone questionnaires and verified completed surveys. Sharon enjoyed their time there, but it was only a short project.

From 2017 to 2018, Sharon worked as a Contactspecialist at Custom Connect, specializing in sales of lottery tickets for the National Postcode Lottery. Sharon completed a telemarketing course during their time there.

In 2018, Sharon joined Connexxion as a Contactspecialist, responsible for booking regional taxi rides for the elderly, chronically ill, and people with disabilities. Sharon provided assistance and guided them from their home to their destination and vice versa.

Starting in 2019, Sharon worked at Cendris Customer Contact as a Contactspecialist, handling incoming telephone calls for PostNL. Sharon was responsible for logging customer contact, processing complaints, and answering urgent questions as an agent at the corona line. Their role at Cendris lasted until February 2021.

Currently, Sharon is employed at Trunkrs as a Customer Service Agent, which they started in March 2021. Their main responsibilities include handling incoming complaints, investigations, and claims. Sharon also communicates with customers, drivers, transport companies, and webshops to ensure excellent service and cooperation.

Throughout their work experience, Sharon demonstrated their passion for working with people and providing top-notch customer service.

Sharon V. attended ROC van Twente from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Sociaal Cultureel Werk at the MBO niveau 4 level.
