Diana Cruz

Diana Cruz has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Diana served as the Human Resources Director at TruOI starting in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Infomedia Ltd as a Senior People & Culture Manager from October 2014 to July 2018. In this role, they assessed existing HR functions and implemented processes to standardize the Americas HR entity. Diana also provided coaching and advice to senior leadership on various employee relations activities. Additionally, Diana has experience as a Human Resource Manager at United Machining Inc. from June 1998 to March 2014.
