Lisa Clark

Lisa Clark has extensive experience in customer service and education, currently serving as Member Experience Project Manager and Member Experience Manager at Trupanion since February 2017. In these roles, Lisa has effectively bridged communication between recruiting and customer service, developed a customer support team, and launched an online chat service to enhance member interactions. Prior to this, Lisa held several teaching positions, including Native English Instructor at Sookmyung Girls' Middle School, where responsibilities included developing materials and evaluating nearly 900 students, and was awarded "Middle School Teacher of the Year." Lisa's career began with freelance English teaching and various roles in retail and administrative support, highlighting a strong foundation in communication and customer-centric practices. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western Washington University.
