Terrance Walker is an experienced HR Implementation Specialist currently employed at TRUPAY since January 2018. Walker has held various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager at South Bend Orthopaedic Associates and Heart City Health Center, where contributions included developing new benefit plans and opening additional clinical sites. Prior experience encompasses positions at Ivy Tech Community College, where Walker helped restructure management teams and implement a One Stop Student Service model, as well as a long tenure at Bowne, where strategic HR initiatives were carried out. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Total Quality Management from Marquette University.
