Michaela Aguilar

Michaela Aguilar is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a diverse background in employee experience and project management. Currently serving as Operations Director at Trüpp since December 2017, Michaela oversees operational excellence in various aspects of employee and client experience, vendor relationships, and technology platforms for remote work. Previous roles include Senior Experience Specialist and Experience Specialist at Trüpp, Human Resources Coordinator, and temporary positions in human resources across multiple organizations. Michaela also has a background in dance as a Zumba Instructor, promoting inclusion and positivity through movement.
