Rachel Gowers

Rachel Gowers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rachel is currently serving as the Global Head of People and Culture at TruRating since 2016. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Consultant at ANTS LTD from 2015 to 2016. In 2009, Rachel joined Inflight Productions Limited as the Vice President of Human Resources EMEA and also held the position of HR Manager until 2011. Before that, they were the HR & Services Manager at Syzygy UK Ltd from 1999 to 2009, where they were later promoted to the management team and board.
