Manish Sharma is the SVP of Customer Success at Trusona. Manish has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on customer success and delivery.

Sharma began their career as a Director of Unified Communications and Contact Center Solutions at Nortel. Manish then moved to West Interactive Corporation (acquired Tuvox Inc.), where they served as Senior VP of Business Solutions. In 2009, they joined Victrio Inc. (acquired by Verint Inc.), where they served as VP of Solutions Delivery. Sharma was tasked with executing the integration of Victrio’s customers, products, and people into Verint’s business. In addition, they managed the migration of the company’s portfolio of products onto Amazon Web Services (AWS) public cloud.

Significant accomplishments include:

- Playing a key role in the development of customer delivery function during a period of rapid expansion at Victrio.

- Generating significant amount of savings in fraud losses and fraud avoidance through the delivery of the world’s largest voice biometrics deployment for fraud detection.

- Introducing a more accurate data analytics and machine learning algorithm-based fraud and risk detection models.

Manish Sharma obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Faculty of Technology and Engineering, Maharaja Sayajirao (M.S.) University. Manish then obtained an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
