Jacob Newman, EIT, serves as an Engineer at Trussell Technologies, Inc. since June 2020, focusing on regulatory support for free chlorine alternative viral disinfection credit and preparing engineering reports and operations plans for recycled water projects. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Engineer and Engineering Operations Intern at the Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County, where Newman worked on hydraulic models and process evaluations. Additional internships involved research assistance at the University of California, Davis, and various positions at Bluebeam, Inc. Newman holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
