Marion Kneale

Marion Kneale is an experienced leader and organizational development specialist with a strong background in colleague experience, leadership development, and community engagement. As the founder of Marcher Kneale since January 2024, Marion specializes in presenting and facilitating leadership and development events. Previously, Marion served as Head of Colleague Experience at Principality Building Society, where significant contributions were made in transforming the HR operating model and advancing organizational culture. Other key roles include senior positions at Yorkshire Building Society Group, BDO LLP, Lloyds Banking Group, and HBOS PLC, focusing on leadership education and talent management. Marion is also actively involved in the community as a volunteer for The Trussell Trust and has previously supported vulnerable groups locally. Education includes a program at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
