Neil van Niekerk currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at The Trussell Trust since January 2021. Previously, Neil held the position of Head of People Development & Talent Management at Macmillan Cancer Support from January 2014 to January 2021, and also worked as a Learning & Organisation Development Manager during that time. Neil attained a CiTP degree in HR from BPP University in 2011 and completed education at Rondebosch Boys High School from 1990 to 1994, with further studies at Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
