Tom Gibbs

Tom Gibbs serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Community Integrated Care, one of the UK's largest social care charities, since April 2024. Additionally, Tom is a Member of the Board of Trustees for Trussell and previously held the position of Finance Director at National Trust. At Barnardo's, from January 2017 to May 2023, Tom directed business services, overseeing finance, human resources, property, and technology for the organization. Notably, Tom also led change programmes and corporate audits while with Barnardo's. Prior experience includes a tenure at PwC in various audit and advisory roles focused on charities, government, healthcare, and local authorities, and a stint as a Senior Manager in the Cabinet Office. Education includes an ACA in Accounting from ICAEW and a degree in Management Studies from Nottingham University Business School.
