Hen Porcilan

Hen Porcilan is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security operations and incident response. Currently serving as the Head of Global Security Operations at Univers since January 2022, Hen founded and manages a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) focused on safeguarding internal and client environments according to industry best practices. Previously, Hen held a lecturer position at See-Security: Cyber & Information Security College and worked as a Senior Cyber Analyst at CyberProof, where responsibilities included managing multiple clients and overseeing Level 1 teams. Prior experience includes serving as a Cyber Security Incident Responder at Bank Leumi and a Communications Officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Hen holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies.
