Rae Smith

Rae Smith is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Trust for Nature since December 2020, Rae has previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Forever New Clothing, where the focus included performance management, employment relations, and talent management. Prior experience includes roles such as Human Resources Advisor, Coordinator, and Officer at Nextgen Group Holdings Pty Ltd, as well as positions at Visionstream Pty Ltd and Opat Group. Rae holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Australian Catholic University, completed between 2010 and 2012.
