Rutger van Baalen

Rutger Van Baalen's work experience includes various roles in operations, supply chain, and sales. Rutger is currently the Head of Operations & Supply Chain at Trust International B.V. Since 2018, Rutger has also owned their own business, Lead4P. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as the Customer & Category Director Europe a.i. at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, where they led the Go-to-market workstream in a separation program. Prior to that, Rutger was the Head Of Sales and Supply Chain Director at Upfield from 2020 to 2022. Rutger also served as the COO - Operations Director at ThermIQ, the Global Supply Chain and Customer Service Director at Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center, and held various roles at Unilever. Rutger's earlier experiences include positions at adidas Group, Plimsoll Management Consultancy, and EDEKA.

Rutger Van Baalen completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Supply Chain Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Rutger pursued this degree from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, Rutger obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration from the same institution. Rutger studied business administration from 2003 to 2007. Rutger began their higher education journey at Melanchthon College, where they completed their VWO degree from 1997 to 2003.
