Aliakbar Nazarov

Aliakbar Nazarov is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Head of FP&A Global Operations & Integrated Supply Chain at Leica Microsystems since 2025, Nazarov leads a global finance team and acts as a finance business partner to the VP of Operations. Previous roles include Senior Manager FP&A at Omnicell, Group Finance Manager Operations at Klöckner Pentaplast, Account Finance Manager at Adient, and Senior Financial Analyst at Cummins Inc. Nazarov's career began with internships at Deutsche Telekom and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
