Evan Chrapko

Evan Chrapko is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Trust Science. Evan has a long history of working with different internet and software companies, including start-ups and turnarounds. Chrapko has always had a big equity component in their work, and they often work alongside their brother Shane.

Trust Science is the biggest company that Chrapko has worked with to date. Prior to Trust Science, Chrapko's most successful venture was founding, running, and exiting a document delivery/storage/collaboration SaaS in just 30 months. This venture resulted in a 568 million dollar payout.

Another one of Chrapko's accomplishments was the reverse takeover of a bigger, older software company while simultaneously taking the combined entity public. In yet another case, Chrapko arrived at a bankrupt software company and, within 2 years, quintupled revenue and turned the hemorrhaging of red ink into a flow of black ink.

Evan Chrapko is a Canadian lawyer who graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce. Evan then attended Columbia Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor. Evan is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Technology Professional.
