Audra Tormala has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Audra began their career as an Account Executive at Ross Roy Communications in 1994, where they worked until 1997. From there, they held various positions in Banner Mesa Medical Center as a Volunteer Coordinator in 2004, MountainView Lutheran Church as a Director of Childcare Services from 2003-2007, and Simply Servers/Pourmasters as a Staff Recruiter from 2007-2007. In 2007, Audra joined Pinstripe where they held multiple roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources Specialist, Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Team Lead - Impression Center, Shared Services Manager, and Operations Excellence Manager. Audra worked at Pinstripe until 2013. Following that, Audra worked at Futurestep, A Korn Ferry Company as an Implementation Manager from 2013-2014 and as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2014-2015. Audra then joined Cielo Talent as a Director of Shared Services from 2015-2016, and later as a Sr. Director, Americas Shared Services from 2016-2017. Currently, Audra is working at TruStage as a Scrum Master & Technical Competency Lead.

Audra Tormala earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing/Management from Northwood University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Professional Scrum Master II from Scrum.org in 2019 and as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2013.
