Jake Altergott

Jake Altergott is currently the Director of Operations at TruStage and has extensive experience in operational leadership. Previously, they held several positions at CUNA Mutual Group, including Operations Leader and Operations Analytics Manager, where they focused on metrics, analytics, and self-service functionality. Jake began their career as an Operations Manager at MCI and later served as Senior Manager at Verizon, leading site operations for Tele-Relay Services. They earned a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the same institution.
