Jeff Neumeister

Jeff Neumeister, CSM, is a seasoned professional in customer support and compliance solutions, currently serving as the Financial Institution Support Manager at TruStage since October 2023. With extensive experience across various roles, including Vice President of Client Support at MeridianLink, Neumeister has successfully led customer support organizations and implemented best practices to enhance service delivery. Previous roles include consulting for MaxLinear, Saddleback Church, and Cylance Inc., where Neumeister developed support strategies and managed technical support initiatives.
