Kaitlyn Adams has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kaitlyn started their professional career as a Purchasing Department Assistant at Jonas Service and Supply, Inc. from June 2010 to August 2012. Following that, they joined The Kraft Heinz Company as a Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern from May 2013 to April 2014. During this time, they worked on value stream mapping and implementing control plans to reduce indirect supply spending. Kaitlyn then transitioned to a full-time role at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Continuous Improvement Engineer from July 2014 to March 2016. In this role, they led a Six Sigma Black Belt certification project that reduced waste by 25% and implemented process improvement programs on multiple production lines. In 2016, Kaitlyn joined TruStage as a Data Analyst, and later progressed to roles such as Product Manager, Innovation Consultant, and Business Strategy and Planning Lead. Kaitlyn is currently serving as the Director of Digital Strategy and Execution at TruStage.

Kaitlyn Adams completed their undergraduate education from 2010 to 2014 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2014, they also obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2015, Kaitlyn received a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Kraft Heinz Company. Kaitlyn pursued further education at Edgewood College from 2017 to 2020 and acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in an unspecified field of study.
