Matt Allen is a seasoned data science and engineering professional currently serving as a Data Science Fellow and Data Engineer at TruStage since May 2021. Responsibilities include managing a comprehensive Enterprise data warehouse, ensuring secure and governed data management, and implementing advanced analytics solutions using AI and machine learning. Prior experience includes a role as a DevSecOps Coach, focusing on tool implementation and coaching within the organization, and as a Software Engineer, developing dimensional data models in an Agile setting. Previously, at Trane Technologies, Matt held positions as an Advanced Engineer and Senior Engineer, leading software projects and developing database systems for modeling and simulation. Matt holds a Master of Science in Statistics and a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
