Terrance Williams

Terrance Williams has an extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Terrance is currently the President and CEO of TruStage since 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member and Chair of the Finance Committee at Encompass Health starting from 2020. Before that, Terrance held various roles at Allstate including President of Protection Products & Services from 2022 to 2023 and Executive Vice President/General Manager from 2020 to 2022. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Nationwide as the President of Emerging Businesses and Executive VP/Chief Marketing Officer. Earlier in their career, Terrance was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Nationwide Agribusiness Insurance Company from 2013 to 2015, and they held several leadership positions at Nationwide Insurance from 2005 to 2013, including Senior Vice President and Regional Vice President.

Terrance Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of South Carolina.
