Mariana Palladino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mariana started their career as an Immigration Attorney at Mariana Palladino, Attorney at Law, LLC in 2014, specializing in immigration law. Mariana then transitioned to work as an Attorney & Notary for Title and Closing at Title Stream from 2016 to 2017, where they facilitated successful real estate transactions and handled title issues. In 2018, they joined Best Title Resource as an Attorney & Notary for Title and Closing, where they continued to oversee real estate transactions and obtained permission to work as a Louisiana Insurance License Agent. Mariana's most recent position is at Altus Receivables Management, where they initially served as the Outside Counsel / Escalation Attorney from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Compliance Officer, leading the Compliance Department and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and regulatory changes across the company. Mariana collaborates closely with the CEO, CFO, and Outside Counsel in updating policies and procedures as necessary.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of New Orleans. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications as an Attorney from the LOUISIANA SUPREME COURT COMMITTEE ON BAR ADMISSIONS and as a Notary Public from the State of Louisiana.
