Harrison Lee

Harrison Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Harrison started their career at Lees-McRae College, where they worked as an Assistant Coordinator from October 2009 to August 2011. In this role, they managed a staff of two hundred, coordinated events, and supervised interns and practicum students.

After that, Harrison joined Lees-McRae Summer Theatre as an Assistant Company Director in June 2011. Harrison provided executive administrative support to the Vice President and supervised group assignments.

In 2006, Harrison joined Cardinal Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Representative, and Float Teller. Harrison performed various administrative functions and ensured operational efficiency and strict security measures.

Following that, Harrison worked at WashingtonFirst Bank from June 2015 to March 2018. Harrison held the position of Bank Officer, Assistant Branch Manager, where they focused on customer service, sales, product implementation, and team leadership.

From April 2019 to March 2021, Harrison worked at National Capital Bank of Washington as a Bank Officer, first as an Assistant Branch Manager and later as a Branch Manager. Harrison provided leadership, trained team members, and implemented new programs to drive growth.

In 2021, Harrison joined U.S. Bank as a High Value Business Card Consultant, where they specialized in assisting high-value clients with their business card needs.

From July 2022 to June 2023, Harrison worked at Vericast as a System Implementation Specialist, responsible for implementing new systems and processes.

Currently, Harrison is employed at Trustar Bank as a Vice President and Branch Manager, a role they have held since June 2023.

Overall, Harrison has gained comprehensive experience in banking, leadership, customer service, and project management throughout their career.

Harrison Lee attended Lees-McRae College from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Musical Theatre.
