Stephanie Lykins-Harvey

Stephanie Lykins-Harvey has over 20 years of banking experience. Stephanie began their career in 1996 as a Teller at United Bankshares, Inc. Stephanie then moved to Virginia Commerce Bank in 1999, where they held various roles including Bank Officer/AVP/VP Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Operations Manager, and Senior Vice President/Regional Manager. In 2014, they joined Cardinal Bank as SVP/Regional Sales & Service Manager. In 2016, they moved to Old Dominion National Bank, where they held the roles of Executive Vice President/Director of Retail and Senior Vice President/Director of Retail Banking. Stephanie is currently SVP of Operations at Trustar Bank, a position they have held since 2019.

Stephanie Lykins-Harvey began their educational journey at Osbourn High School, where they earned their Advanced Diploma in 1995. Stephanie then attended George Mason University - School of Business, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in a double major of Finance & Decision Sciences Management Information Systems. In 2006, they attended the University of Virginia, completing the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management in 2008.
