Jesse Ignacio

Jesse Ignacio has a diverse work experience that spans across two companies. At Lexmark, they started as a Competitive Intelligence Analyst in March 2011 and transitioned to a Global Market Specialist role in March 2012. In this role, they analyzed market insights, collaborated with Portfolio Managers, and designed and maintained BI reports and KPI dashboards. Jesse also took on additional responsibilities as a Coach for the Sales and Marketing Organization and as a Certified Functional Trainer at the Lexmark CSSC. Jesse facilitated training sessions, created training modules, and assisted with admin tasks. Jesse worked at Lexmark until December 2016.

In 2018, Jesse joined TrustArc as a Project Support Associate. Their responsibilities included manually inputting fields for customers' business processes, training new team members, and managing projects and task assignments. Jesse later transitioned to a Senior Project Support Associate role in February 2022. In this role, Jesse developed and maintained reports for management and executives, created custom reports for clients, and managed reviews and approvals for upsell cases.

Jesse Ignacio pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Cebu Institute of Technology. This educational endeavor lasted until 2017.
